BO Query Builder not listing WebI Prompts

Hi All,

        I'm facing an issue with the BO Query Builder tool. I have a WebI report build on top of a BEx query that has two BEx variables. A single value mandatory and a single value optional. When I use the Query Builder to list the prompts, it mentions that there are query prompts but does not list them. Can somebody please help me understand the issue and how to go about fixing the problem?
