RG23d register is Missing in specify movement type invloves excise invoice configuration

Hi all,

I am trying to assign RG23D register with movement 101 ,102,but but RG23D register is not available in drop down list

SPRO>logistic general >tax on goods movement>IndiaBusiness transaction >Incoming Excise invoice>

SPECIFY WHICH MOVEMENT TYPES INVOLVES EXCISE INVOICES>Specify Which Movement Types Involve Excise Invoices.

Also confirm RG23D register assignment is required or not.
