Inbound delivery BAPI or Standard FM ??

Hi

Is there a BAPI or any standard FM available for inbound delivery ? or have to go for BDC ,??

Basically we need to raise a subsequent delivery for PO item in MIGO , but how do we achieve the same via coding ..any BAPI or standard FM with example would be helpful.
