B1iF - Monitoring/Handling processes in case of error

Hi Experts,

we created a scenario package in B1iF (SAP Business One 9.1 PL 08 / B1iF Version 1.22.0) to communicate with a webshop system. For weeks the packages and B1iF are running fine. But from time to time the system is getting stuck. Yesterday was such a time and parts of B1iF / our package scenario steps were getting stuck.

I did the following steps trying to resolve the issue:

  1. Monitoring -> Queue Monitor
    1. Several queues got stuck or were grewing
  2. Monitoring -> Log
    1. No entries at all in the last 16-18 hours
  3. Control Center -> Monitoring -> Deactivated IPO-Steps
    1. None of our scenario steps IPOs were listed
  4. Processor usage of tomcat6 was about 0 percent
  5. Memory and Harddisk were ok (enough free memory/space)
  6. SQL Activity Monitor didn't show any LOCK-Situation
  7. Looked for some logs in DIProxy-Log directory
    1. Nothing special here except some "Server is busy" messages
  8. Cleared some of the queues
    1. Nothing happened. Existing queues still stuck or were grewing

So the question was: What is B1iF doing right now? I didn't know what else i could check in this situation.

In the end i had to restart the services (Integration Service, DI Proxy, DI Proxy Monitor) without knowing the issue! After restart B1iF was back in the game and working normally!

My question now is: Are there any more log files or monitoring functions to see what B1iF is doing at the moment?

ps: I know that i can set a higher debug level. But like i said the system generally runs fine!

Thank you!
