WMS bin dimension problem with consignment stock (K)

Hello,

I have a bin with Total capacity = 1. I have a storage unit in it so the bin is full. The stock is in consignment so the special stock indicator is K.

I do in MM the movement 411 for moving the stock from consignment to own. When I try to create the transfer order from generated requirement I receive the error "No destination storage bin could be found in storage type YYY". But if I change the capacity of the bin to 2, I don't receive anymore the message. Is this standard behavior when I have consignment stock? I need to have the minimum capacity = 2 in order to be able to move stock from consignment to own? It doesn't seems right.
