Pls Help: BPC 7.5/MS - User's Screen Freezes up any of the Dimension Names are Clicked On

Hi BPC 7.5 MS Group,

We have an end user whose screen freezes up in the B&C tab add-in. When this person clicks on any of the dimensions (the dimension name) the screen locks up and she has to terminate BPC from the Task Manager function.

Is anyone aware of this happening and are there any know fixes?
