I am facing problem in configuring following WM Scenario. Pl. Help me out.

During Put away article will coming to interim storage are. From interim storage it will be picked for Palletization process, based on SU Management, article should be moved in bins based on capacity available.

Present warehouse Consideration are as under for your better understanding.

Scenario: - Warehouse – CW1

I had different storage types like Masalas, Non – Food Items etc. Articles are stored in Racks.

2 Type of Racks – 1^st– Structural Racks & Wooden Racks + Material is Placed on floor in designated area on Pallets. Capacity of pallet is fixed.

Structural Racks & wooden Racks have 30 Columns & 3 Rows:-

• Pick Face Block      - 1 Bin  = 1 X 30   =  30 Bins – Pick Face
• Middle Rack           - 1 Bin  = 1 X 30   =  30 Bins – Middle Rack
• High Rack                - 1 Bin  = 1 X 30 =  30 Bin  - High Rack

In Same area is Divided as under:-

• 1 Row X 10 Columns - Non Food - Storage Type – 200
• 2 Row X 10 Columns – Masalas – Storage Type - 201
• 3 Row X 10 Columns -  Beverages – Storage Type - 202

Every Bin have storage Capacity of 03 Pallets:-

120 x 75   cm – 2 Pallets                  

                                                               In 1 Bin

120 x 100 cm - 1 Pallets

Article Storage Scenario

• Article wise Bin No is fixed.
• I can store more than 01 Article on 01 Pallets.
• 1 will be using Put away Strategy – Addition to existing Stock.
• Picking strategy – Shelf Life Expiry.
• I need Capacity check active for Bins.
• System should suggest bins on the basis of Storage Capacity available.
• How do I accommodate 02 Size Pallets in 01 Bin with different storage capacity on single pallet?

How do I configure Bin Design based on above considerations??
